So this week during the Theocratic Ministry School, we have a new publisher to welcome to the school! Annie you did so awesome and we are all very proud of you!
I didn't get a picture, but we had two interviews during the Service Meeting.
The first was Mariela who went to Guatemala on the Pioneer Route. She said that many of the people she was talking to did not even know God's name was Jehovah, and that they were so happy to know this. She is looking forward to going back and said that there is much work to be done.
The second interview was our new sister Mery who was just baptized this past weekend. She is the only witness in her family and does experience family opposition. Why did she get baptized? She felt that she needed to have a relationship with Jehovah and that she definitely could not picture her life without him. A few of the many goals were to reach as many as possible in her ministry so that they could learn what she has been learning, to Auxiliary Pioneer, to Regular Pioneer, and to go to Bethel. A direct quote, "I want to show my family that this is the best decision I have ever made in my life."
We love all of these girls tremendously and this trip would not be the same without them. I am proud of their decision to serve Jehovah for the rest of their life.
