"Hola ¿como esta? Quisiera invitarlo a usted y su familia a una celebración muy especial, en este caso recordar la muerte de nuestro señor Jesucristo, esta es su invitación."
Yes, it is sounds pretty easy, but it's different do it while you had been walking 5 km with almost all your body sunburned and savng your water just drinking in when it is EXTREMELY NECESSARY because there is no purificative water near -or at least water that will not make you feel sick-.
This is the situation of around 25 brothers and sisters in Malacatoya (which it is a rural area in Granada/Nicaragua), the place that I went to help with the campaign.
I arrived to Malacatoya on Monday, it was really funny because the bus had to cross a floatable boat -we did not get off the bus- I was scared but well, that just was one of the risks that I had to cope. Then a sweet family adopted us (Gema and me) and they started to talk about what we should know about Malacatoya.
First at all they told us that we need to be careful with the mosquitoes and bugs because there was so many, that was the reason why we went to bed at 7.00 pm everyday. Also we had to walked too much because the territories are far.
Now that you know more about Malacatoya lets talk how is preach there.
It is really amazing, people in Malacatoya just know Jehovah's Witnesses, so some of the people feel distrust talking with us, that is why we have to explain our reason to visit. Then the people are minded to talk.
The congregation had a bus to take the people after the Memorial, this was an amazing plan because 250 people attented the Memorial. There is no doubt Jehovah bless the effords that we made<3
Here you have more photos just to know more about Malacatoya.
